MANDATED SUPERVISORY SEXUAL HARASSMENT TRAINING - Offered in English or Spanish
AB1825 mandates two hours of sexual harassment prevention training. The regulations for the training facilitator are as follows:
- Attorney – two years involving employment law under FEHA and or
Title VII.
- HR Professionals or Consultants with two or more years practical
experience of involvement in sexual harassment or discrimination training
- Professors with two or more years experience involving teaching
about employment law involving FEHA and/or Title VII.
Ms. Bailey has conducted in excess of 200 training sessions and exceeds the qualifications to provide this mandated training. She offers the training both online or in a group setting.
