EXECUTIVE PROFILE

Beverly J. Bailey provides advisory services by assisting organizations in
minimizing labor costs and increasing effectiveness and productivity through
prudent employment practices. She also serves as an expert witness in Human
Resources.

Ms. Bailey has written various articles on human resources issues for Healthcare
Human Resources and Orange County Business Journal.  She has been quoted in
Bureau of National Affairs Bulletin to Management and in the Entrepreneur
Magazine concerning Employee Privacy issues.

Ms. Bailey currently teaches for the University of California, Irvine; California
State University, San Bernardino and Long Beach; and the University of Phoenix  
in the Human Resources Certificate Program.  She has been a guest lecturer at the
American Management Association Conferences, Cal State Dominguez Hills,
Professionals in Human Resources Association, Employers Advisory Council,
Inland Empire Women in Business Conference, Association of Professional
Women Business Owners and the Industry Manufacturers Council.  She has also
been a guest speaker on t
he radio discussing sexual harassment issues.

Ms. Bailey is an HR consultant network professional for the California Chamber of
Commerce.  

Ms. Bailey graduated from the University of Redlands.  In addition, she holds a
certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles, in Human Resources
and Personnel Management.  She also has a certificate in Alternate Dispute
Resolution and Mediation from the University of California, Irvine.

Developed the department, which included all Human Resources Functions
including a formal Wage and Salary Structure, Incentive Bonus Program,
Standardized Employment Processes, Employee Relations, Employee Benefits,
Strategic Human Resource Planning, Analyzing and Job Staffing, Training and
Development, and Human Resources Transition. Reported directly to the
President, including supervision.

  • Developed an operational Risk Management Program to minimize financial
    cost to the organization and cost of potential legal risk.

  • Designed and implemented a Health and Benefit Awareness Program to

Corporate Benefit Administrator
Responsible for the Corporate Benefit Administration, cost containment, and
employee benefit relations for twelve plant locations, including the corporate
facility. Reported to the Manager of Employee Benefits, including supervision.

  • Designed and implemented a Health and Benefit Awareness Program to
    minimize benefit experience to the plan and cost to employees.
  • Conducted employee orientation and education of employee benefit
    changes.
  • Represented employees on charges that resulted in payment due because of
    exceeding reasonable and customary charges.
